In an all-electrical label-free approach, our silicon sensor chips enable ultra-sensitive detection of a wide range of analytes in a small sample volume of a few microliters. The sensor chips are fabricated on wafer scale at commercial foundries, using cutting-edge semiconductor processing technologies.
