Our solution
Using a cutting-edge silicon sensor chip platform, we are developing at-home devices for monitoring chronic and acute diseases with lab-quality tests. The test results are quantitative and substantially equivalent to the results from gold-standard predicate devices used in central labs. The devices are designed to be used by patients or care takers in at-home setting, and the test results are instantly communicated through cloud connectivity to the care provider for actionable clinical decisions and preventive care.
Enabling patients to monitor their conditions on their own terms
Imagine monitoring serious chronic conditions like heart failure, rheumatoid arthritis or chronic kidney disease by monitoring key biological markers in the comfort of the home, and enabling clinicians to provide preventive care before appearance of physiological symptoms.
Drug safety monitoring
Patients undergoing treatment for cancer or autoimmune disease with highly toxic agents can monitor Drug Induced Liver Injury (DILI) or Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) or Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS). Pharma companies can now use our at-home devices for close monitoring of potential onset of such adverse events in clinical trials or post-market setting.
Non-invasive MASH diagnosis
Obesity, diabetes & metabolic syndrome are the fastest growing global epidemic. All of these can lead to MASH (Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis), the leading cause of liver transplant. Liver BIOPSY is the current gold standard for diagnosis.
Liver biopsy is Invasive, costly, uncomfortable and potentially risky for patients, and it’s impractical as a part of a standard clinical routine. It represents a significant restriction for larger population to access diagnosis. Other non-invasive imaging techniques do not diagnose all aspects of MASH.
We are developing a point-of-care MASH diagnosis device, which will enable diagnosis of all aspects of MASH at the doctor’s office or the point of care.
